19.2. PLEASE TELL US ABOUT CHANGES IN JOB POSTINGS!
Each semester there might be 800 or more postings for APTPUO professors to teach. Ideally, each one should be checked to see if the Employer has changed any of the details. Some changes could be detrimental to your being hired or rehired, and the University does not necessarily notify us about changes in job postings as the Collective Agreement says it must.
Everything from changes to educational requirements of job candidates to estimated class size can impact our members' employment. The professors who apply for a particular course are most knowledgable when it comes to spotting changes in a posting from one year or semester to the next, so we are asking all of you to check the postings meticulously, and notify us if you find any changes, regardless of whether they affect you or not.
